Hours of operation: Mon-Fri 9:30am- 5:00pm
- WE DO NOT OPERATE DURING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
- OUR DAILY CUT OFF TIME IS 12 NOON. ALL ORDERS AFTER 12 NOON WILL BE PROCESSED THE NEXT DAY.
- ON FRIDAYS, ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 1:00 PM WILL BE SHIPPED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
- ORDERS PLACED DURING WEEKEND WILL BE PROCESS ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY DEPENDING ON THE VOLUME OF ORDERS RECEIVED.
- ANY REQUEST FROM HOLIDAYS WILL BE FULFILLED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, DEPENDING ON THE VOLUME OF ORDERS RECEIVED.

UPS Ground Shipping — This is a fast and affordable option for orders delivered to home or business addresses in the continental United States. Delivery times of 5 to 6 business days depending on location.
UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight Shipping — Fast delivery and complete trackability of your order from the time it leaves the Makobiusa.com warehouse until it arrives at your front door. Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days.
*Please note, If delivery fails or not accepted you will be responsible for the return shipment costs*
UPS DO NOT LEAVE PACKAGES WITHOUT CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE. ANY PARCEL WITHOUT RECEIVER WILL EITHER BE RETURNED TO MAKOBI WAREHOUSE OR DROP OFF POINT.
*Orders with a weight of over 50 total lbs. or that require multiple package shipments, may be subject to shipping charges that are higher than our standard rates. Orders meeting these provisions, will be held, and you will be contacted for approval on additional shipping charges before releasing your order for shipment.

Most orders ship within one business day. Packages are only shipped Monday — Friday, excluding Holidays.
Please be aware that orders shipped to an address other than the verified billing address may require extra processing time of 1-2 business days for security checks.
