Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, in 20 years of business we have shipped to all seven continents and over 150 countries!

What carrier/method do you use for international shipping? What are the charges?

We recommend FEDEX, UPS & POSTAL SERVICES with insurance. In this manner, it will be trackable and incase it is lost, we can request a claim from the carrier itself. Pending customs clearance and international dispatch are one reason why there are delays on deliveries. International shipping charges are determined on an individual basis, as costs can vary by weight and size of parcel, country of destination, value of goods, and level of service. Unless otherwise indicated, we will automatically process your order for the lowest cost shipping method, intending to save you whatever shipping charges we can. If you would like to know specific shipping options available for your individual order, please contact us by e-mail or phone and we will be happy to provide the information.

What if I must have the items by a certain date?

If you select to ship via FedEx, DHL, or UPS International, they will impose additional brokerage fees upon delivery. Please check your individual country’s import and delivery policies for additional information.
