I ordered this shirt and it is nowhere near the color pictured on the Makobi site. Makobi policy is no refunds only exchange or store credit. I paid for shipping during my purchase why should I be paying for shipping to return a shirt that is nowhere near the color pictured on your site? If it was a mistake on my part and I wanted to return the shirt I would understand being charged. Furthermore I submitted a request to return the shirt online and it took 6 days to receive a request for shipping payment, and I still haven't received the return label. All this even after I called and spoke with a lady by the name of Kirsch on two separate days and/or occasions! I should not be paying for the return shipping of a shirt that is completely different from what's pictured on your site. I still have yet to receive the return shipping label 7 days later after the submitted request I have paid for. I am a long time loyal Makobi buyer/customer but after this experience it makes me want to never purchase again from Makobi!
