HOW MAKOBI SHIPPING WORKS

We require SIGNATURE IN ALL PACKAGES DELIVERED. Please make sure someone from your shipping address will be available to sign for it. Otherwise, the carrier will leave it to a pick up location or return the product back to us with an additional shipping fee charge to you.  In the Event you allow e-signature for your package through your FedEx Or UPS App then MAKOBI nor the carrier will not be liable for Stolen or Lost goods. 

Shipping Options & Rates

Hours of operation: Mon-Fri 9:30am- 5:00pm

  • WE DO NOT OPERATE DURING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
  • UPS/FedEx ONLY Deliver packages during Business Days. 
  • Cut off time is 12 noon (your time). All orders after cut off will be shipped the next day (depending on the volume of orders received).
  • Every Friday, all orders place after 12:00 noon ( customers standard time) will be shipped the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
  • 2ND DAY AIR SERVICE requested on a WEDNESDAY after cut off will be delivered on MONDAY (IF NO HOLIDAY)
  • 2ND DAY AIR SERVICE on a THURSDAY within or after cut off will be delivered on MONDAY (IF NO HOLIDAY)
  • 3 DAY SELECT SERVICE on a WEDNESDAY within or after cut off will be delivered either Monday or Tuesday (IF NO HOLIDAY)
  • ORDERS PLACED DURING WEEKEND WILL BE PROCESS ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY DEPENDING ON THE VOLUME OF ORDERS RECEIVED.
  • ANY REQUEST FROM HOLIDAYS WILL BE FULFILLED THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY, DEPENDING ON THE VOLUME OF ORDERS RECEIVED. 
  • PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT SOME ORDERS BEFORE CUT-OFF WON'T BE SHIPPED OUT THE SAME DAY DEPENDING ON THE VOLUME OF ORDERS WE RECEIVED.

UPS Ground Shipping — This is a fast and affordable option for orders delivered to home or business addresses in the continental United States. Delivery times of 5 to 6 business days depending on location.

UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight Shipping — Expedited delivery and complete trackability of your order from the time it leaves MAKOBI/K.O CLOTHING/FROST ORGINALS warehouse until it arrives at your front door. Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days.

 *Please note, If delivery fails or not accepted you will be responsible for the return shipment costs*

*Orders with a weight of over 50 total lbs. or that require multiple package shipments, may be subject to shipping charges that are higher than our standard rates. Orders meeting these provisions, will be held, and you will be contacted for approval on additional shipping charges before releasing your order for shipment.

 Most orders ship within one business day. Packages are only shipped Monday — Friday, excluding Holidays.

Please be aware that orders shipped to an address other than the verified billing address may require extra processing time of 1-2 business days for security checks.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

MAKOBI  ships worldwide. For Shipping fee, Custom Duties and Taxes, customers/ recipients will cover and be liable for the charges.

Shipping amount depends on the carrier's fee. If you refused your product and requested to return it back to MAKOBI, You will also be liable for all the duties including return shipping fee. 

Upon creating the Label, you will receive an email about the ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE with the tracking number. Mind that it is not accurate as international orders needs to pass and approved by customs before it will be delivered.
