We accept returns for up to 15 days after receipt of your purchase. All items must be returned new, with original packaging and garment tags. All items should be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
Makobi does not provide free Return Label. Sale and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

I ordered this shirt and it is nowhere near the color pictured on the Makobi site. Makobi policy is no refunds only exchange or store credit. I paid for shipping during my purchase why should I be paying for shipping to return a shirt that is nowhere near the color pictured on your site? If it was a mistake on my part and I wanted to return the shirt I would understand being charged. Furthermore I submitted a request to return the shirt online and it took 6 days to receive a request for shipping payment, and I still haven't received the return label. All this even after I called and spoke with a lady by the name of Kirsch on two separate days and/or occasions! I should not be paying for the return shipping of a shirt that is completely different from what's pictured on your site. I still have yet to receive the return shipping label 7 days later after the submitted request I have paid for. I am a long time loyal Makobi buyer/customer but after this experience it makes me want to never purchase again from Makobi!
