HOW MAKOBI SHIPPING WORKS
Regardless of the amount, Signature Required for every Delivery
A signature is required for all packages. Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to sign for the delivery. If no one is available, the carrier may hold the package for pickup or return it to us, which may result in additional shipping fees
Note: If you authorize a release signature (e-signature) via the FedEx or UPS app, MAKOBI and the carrier are not responsible for lost or stolen items.🚚Shipping & Operational Policy🚚Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
We are closed on weekends, some special and all federal holidays.
- Cut-off time: 12:00 PM (noon) customer standard time.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed same-day. However, depending on order volume, some orders may ship the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM Friday, or over the weekend/holiday, will be processed the next business day.

UPS/FedEx Shipping Notes
- Carriers only deliver on business days (Mon-Fri).
- 2nd Day Air (Wednesday): Ordered after 12 PM, delivered on Monday (If not a holiday).
- 2nd Day Air (Thursday): Delivered on Monday (If not a holiday).
- 3 Day Select (Wednesday): Ordered after 12 PM, delivered Monday or Tuesday.
Important Delivery Info & Liability- If a package is returned due to a failed delivery attempt, you will be charged additional shipping fees.
- e-Signature/Authorization: If you authorize an electronic signature for delivery through the FedEx or UPS App, Makobi and the carrier are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
No P.O. Boxes: Only physical home or business addresses in the continental U.S.
UPS Ground: Affordable delivery in 5 to 6 business days.
Expedited Options: UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight are available for faster, fully tracked delivery.
Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding weekends.
Packages marked as delivered requiring a signature are subject to a formal investigation. Please allow 3–5 business days for FedEx, UPS, or other carriers to provide a resolution. If the carrier confirms negligence, a ticket will be issued to replace your merchandise. Refunds and store credit are not available
Heavy/Multi-Package Orders: Orders over 50 lbs. or with multiple packages may have higher shipping costs. We will contact you for approval before shipping these orders. Contact Customer Service for orders over 100 lbs.
Shipping Schedule: Orders ship Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), usually within one business day.
Security Check: Shipping to a non-billing address may add 1-2 business days of processing time.

- Refused Shipments: If you refuse a package, you are liable for return shipping fees and any associated duties.
- Delivery Estimates: Tracking numbers are sent upon label creation, but expected delivery dates are only estimates and may change due to customs clearance.
